About Me
Born and raised in a small town, I was blessed to be in a loving and disciplined nuclear family. Early in life, I – learnt most of the life skills, experienced holistic wellness, witnessed most profound relationships, unconditional love, received spiritual foundation, built a bond with mother nature and was empowered to make MY own choices. My source, my parents, gave me the purpose and flow of my life. With a strong determination and intent to lead a contributory life, I was able to carve a meaningful path for myself. I have gracefully accepted the flow of life and embraced everything the way it has unfolded. With a PhD in extension education, I had the privilege to empower individuals and communities across age, gender, culture, socio economic strata and physical spaces. Over three decades, I have fortunate to reach out to hundreds and thousands of people as a trainer, coach, entrepreneur, educationist, rotarian and a practitioner of Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism. I founded Anubhav Learning Centre, (an early childhood education and care centre), where thousands of children were nurtured, empowered to become humanistic happy individuals.
As a consultant , I have had the privilege of envisioning, directing and executing projects for UNDP, GOI, Delhi Government, DANIDA, JICA, World Bank Water and Sanitation project, Ambuja Cement, NORAD, EU, etc. I have been a guest faculty in Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia and now associated with Ambedkar University teaching and mentoring undergraduate and post graduate students. I have co authored value based story books for elementary level, published by Eternal Ganges. I am the Charter President of Rotary Club of New Delhi One and continue to be an active Rotarian. I am associated with Soul Bath Peace Foundation, and SAHHEAL Healing Centre. I am blessed to have have learnt from some great mentors- Dr. Daisaku Ikeda, HH Sri Raj Bhowmik, Dr. Shantu and Master Del Pe. I carry and sprinkle their essence through my work.

Ashish Kaushal
An ICWA, MBA and master in Commerce with over 2 decades of Corporate journey, he transitioned to the ART OF ADDING LIFE TO LIFE through Reflexology. What started as a passion soon became a profession. While his therapy supports all ailments and conditions, he is focussing more and more on differently abled children. He has been able to hasten speech development, correct hyperactivity and behavioural disorders in children. His mantra is – early intervention. His sessions give HOPE to parents. The reflexology therapy to children during the early years enables them to cope up in the mainstream schools at the earliest.
Leena Garg
Therapy as a profession and writing as a passion, she holds EQ and Therapeutic Writing Workshops (for all age groups). Her focus is on holistic wellness of clients. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy. She has Certification in Counselling and Healing from Heart to Heart Institute of Human Technology, Sahheal Soulbath Foundation, Mind Expert Training. Her focus is on Children, Adolescents, Marital, Grief, Geriatric & Lifestyle
related stress Counselling. She is on the Advisory Board of SEDB (Society for the Empowerment of Deaf blind) Creative Insights with Leena is her writing platform.
